Cancellation Policy
By signing up to Bea’s Birth & Boobs, you are agreeing to the following: Payment Your space on the course is confirmed on receipt of either the full payment or £50 deposit if a payment plan is agreed. The agreement that the remainder of the balance is to be paid before the course starts. The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of your baby arriving early (before 37 weeks) and your course was due to take place before this date, a full refund will be offered. This is the only instance where a refund can be offered for the in-person courses. The course payment is for you and your birth partner (whoever that may be). If you have two birth partners, an additional £75 is required for their space. If your birth partner is unable to come to a session, you can invite a second family member or friend to assist your learning together. The second place is not for a second pregnant person/woman, and if in this instance, the second pregnant person or woman is required to pay in full for the full course. In the event of being unable to make a group course session, the following is offered: 1) a recording of the session will be emailed or, 2) an additional private catch-up session in person for an additional cost of £50. Disclaimer Using hypnobirthing is not a substitute for the advice or presence during birth of a qualified medical professional and does not give medical advice. Hypnobirthing is intended solely as an aid and help increase comfort during labour and does not promise or guarantee a pain free birth nor does it promise an expected outcome of labour in any shape or form. Any questions or doubts you have about hypnobirthing should be discussed with your healthcare provider. You also agree from time to time that Bea may film or record or take photos of the course for market, promotional, sales or quality control purposes. If you would like to opt out of this for the duration of your pregnancy, you must let me know and I will do my best to keep confidentiality in any photos of videos for the duration of your pregnancy. You will be informed before any photography or recording takes place. Please note: The information shared by Bea’s Birth & Boobs in courses are not there to replace medical advice. If you have concerns about your or your baby’s health or wellbeing, you should always contact your midwife or healthcare provider.
